   You declare that you are the sole copyright holder of the submitted photographs or that you have obtained all necessary authorizations from the copyright owners. You also confirm that you have secured authorization for the use of the image rights of any individuals portrayed, when applicable.

2. License of Use
   By submitting your photographs, you grant Viva o Clique Magazine a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, and revocable license to use the images exclusively for editorial purposes, including:

• Website and Blog Viva o Clique

• Viva o Clique Magazine (online editions and possible future print editions)

• Official social media profiles of Viva o Clique

• Newsletters, promotional materials, and press releases related to Viva o Clique

• Exhibitions or presentations directly connected to Viva o Clique’s editorial and artistic activities

This license does not transfer copyright ownership. Photographers remain full owners of their works and may use them freely elsewhere.

1. Credits to Authors
   Proper credit will always be given to the photographer. The name provided by the author will be displayed alongside the image whenever it is published.

2. Image Adjustments

3. Responsibility
   The photographer assumes full responsibility for the submitted photographs, ensuring that they do not infringe copyright, privacy, or any other third-party rights. Viva o Clique Magazine cannot be held liable for any claims arising from submitted works.

4. Removal of Photographs
   If the photographer wishes to withdraw a submitted photograph, a written request must be sent through the official contact channels of Viva o Clique. Removal will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Acceptance of Terms
   By submitting photographs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

6. Amendments
